Competition Rules

Lohmann & Rauscher GmbH & Co. KG (“L&R”) is inviting all employees of the various companies making up the Lohmann & Rauscher Group (“L&R Group”) around the world to take part in our photograph competition “stick(er) together”. In terms of its content, the campaign is embedded in the “I am L&R” employee campaign. The competition involves taking a photo of an object, which represents their own team within the L&R Group, placing an “I am L&R” sticker on it and, in doing so, drawing attention to teamwork. The participating colleagues can, but are not required to, appear in the photograph. However, the photo must not show any other persons. To enter, the photograph must be uploaded to a digital platform that is accessible to all L&R Group employees. This photograph will be published for L&R-internal purposes in the L&R Portal and in the L&R Strategy DIG from December 2021. Three prizes will be drawn at random, with all participants sending in photographs having a chance of winning.

Timeline:

  1. From 02 November 2021: Communications on the competition in the L&R-internal communication channels (“I am L&R” ambassador email, posters; information on the L&R Portal homepage)
  2. The “I am L&R” sticker required for the photograph can be collected from the local “I am L&R” ambassador (or printed out – a PDF is included in the announcement of the competition)
  3. 02 November 2021-30 November 2021: Photographs can be uploaded to the L&R online platform: access is only possible via a dedicated link sent out to employees, and the page will not be indexed on Google. This platform will be made available by the L&R service provider Akenzo. The photographs will be saved on a server and will not be made publicly available. Employees will provide the following personal information prior to uploading their photograph: First name, surname, department, division, country and email. By clicking on accept, participants accept the Participation Terms and Conditions and the privacy declarations and rules. A text box is integrated, in which the team object can be described.
  4. 07 December 2021: draw to select 3 winning teams, carried out by Sarah Utikal and Marie Therese Engelhardt (Project Coordinator for “I am L&R”), and winners announced by email and, where appropriate, by telephone and on the L&R Portal homepage.

The three winners selected at random will each receive one prize:

1st place:         a mini table football table, valued at approx. EUR 140
2nd place:       a mini table tennis table, valued at approx. EUR 100
3rd place:        an electronic dartboard, valued at approx. EUR 60
